Jonas Software is seeking a Technical Lead for the Central AI Lab to build and ship production-grade AI capabilities reusable across BUs. You will lead hands-on engineering, set high standards, and ensure measurable delivery in 90-day cycles with solid DevOps, security, and handover discipline.

This role focuses on scalable AI components, reference architectures, and end-to-end ownership across cloud and on‑prem environments, including mentoring engineers and driving adoption of AI‑DLC
