The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Commercialization Engineering Technologist to translate development intent into stable, repeatable manufacturing processes that meet quality, safety and cost targets at the Hillmount site.

Lead site technical execution of commercialization for product launches, establish process parameters, analyze data, and partner with Operations, Quality, R&D; and Packaging Development to ensure right‑first‑time readiness and productive scale‑up.
