What You'll Do

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering responsive, professional, and personalized service.
- Manage a variety of client requests, inquiries, investigations, and escalations while ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Analyze client feedback, service trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Leverage your knowledge of BMO products and services to connect clients with the solutions and resources best suited to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Contribute ideas and insights that support the development of products, services, and operational enhancements.
- Ensure all client interactions,



documentation, and processes comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and initiative while balancing client needs with risk management principles.

Experience & Education

2-3 years of experience in client service, relationship management, financial services, banking operations, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience working in a client-facing or service-oriented environment with a strong commitment to service excellence.

- Understanding of banking products, financial services, and regulatory requirements is an asset.

Salary: $37,000.00 - $70,000.00

Pay Type: Salaried
