WalterFedy seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 2 support across its Western Canada offices. This role combines independent work and collaboration with a team primarily based in Ontario. Key responsibilities include managing networks, supporting security operations, and administering IT systems with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 ITIL-aligned support within service levels
• Perform root-cause analysis and escalate issues efficiently
• Administer and troubleshoot multi-site networks and firewalls




• Support security operations and maintain compliance
• Manage end-user system imaging and deployments
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of IT support experience in Tier 2 environments
• Robust networking skills, including LAN/WAN and VPN
