The role requires current lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certificates and a commitment to YMCA core values in a busy recreation setting.
Hours vary, with daytime shifts and weekend coverage; successful candidates will pass criminal record and vulnerable sector checks and be eligible to work in Canada.
