You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintain systems, and ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate has up to 4 years of IT support experience, robust analytical skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Applicants must have a relevant diploma or degree, and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
