Trudell Medical Limited is building a brand new Customer Experience team in St. John's, Newfoundland.

You will be the friendly, reliable voice for orders and inquiries, reporting to the Manager, Customer Experience, and collaborating with Technical Support and commercial teams to keep customers informed and orders moving. The role requires fluent Italian communication and in office presence five days a week in St.
