A leading law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Associate to join its Capital Markets Group in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of post-call experience at a Canadian or international law firm, with substantial experience in Canadian capital markets and M&A; transactions, including public and private offerings, plans of arrangement, business combinations and continuous disclosure matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a cooperative, commercially minded lawyer with strong academic credentials who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility, work on sophisticated transactions and continue to develop their practice within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
