Pop's Cannabis Co. is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to oversee opening and closing duties, supervise staff, and ensure a high level of customer service within a fast-paced cannabis retail workplace.

You will maintain store appearance, deliver product knowledge, assist with onboarding and training, and escalate issues to store managers while upholding compliance and education as a role model for your team.
