CIMA+ is seeking an experienced Strategic Lead to strengthen Indigenous relations across Ontario and national federal opportunities. You will work within the Earth & Setting team and collaborate across CIMA+ to pursue strategic clients and opportunities with Defence and other agencies.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused outcomes while growing the Indigenous relations pipeline.
