Job Description

* LOCAL HIRING *

This position is reserved for Inuit/JBNQA beneficiary who resides in the community.

Translation in Inuktitut will be available shortly

Person who:

- Answer phone calls / fax / internal emailand email from villages;

- Email the various documents in thecommunities;

- Replace other administrative agent duringtheir meal breaks and rest periods;

- Put in order the patient files;

- To put in order / sort / filling of loosesheets;

- Research of files and other documents;

- Respond to request file from the services;

- Proceed to open files;

- Validation of admissions / comments viaClinibase software;

- Prepare files for the appointment the nextday;





- Order the necessary office supplies;

- Put the index patient up to date;

- Maintenance of long-term patient files;

- Performs other related duties as requestedby the supervisor.

- Have a diploma, sec. V level, or any other relevant school diploma;
- Have relevant experience in medical archives service;
- Be bilingual French/English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset;
- Practical knowledge of computer software such as Clinibase, Sic+, Rendez‑vous, Excel;
- Excellent sense of responsibility, autonomy, ensure confidentiality and presence at work;
- Must be available to travel in other community of Ungava Bay.
