Join our team as a Senior Advisor for Operational and Closure Readiness in Montreal, QC. This hybrid role focuses on ensuring seamless SME coordination for SAP S/4HANA deployment.
In this 12-month position, you will bridge the business and technology gaps during a significant ERP transformation. Your key responsibilities include coordinating and tracking SME activities from planning to execution, including Testing, Training, and Hypercare. You will work with various stakeholders, ensuring site-specific requirements are met throughout the transition process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain activity plans and task trackers for SME deliverables
• Act as liaison for SMEs and Product Group Readiness leads
• Mobilize SMEs for regional readiness activities




• Ensure proper scheduling and logistics for SME sessions
• Engage local site representatives for specific planning needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Experience in matrix organizations and operational environments
• Understanding of Order to Cash processes
• Proven ability in planning and logistics management
