Optima Living in British Columbia seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide high-quality nursing services, support residents’ dignity, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in a respectful, patient-centered setting.

You will administer medications, assist with daily living, document care, and participate in care planning, move-ins/outs, end-of-life support, and safety initiatives while upholding privacy
