As a Quality Control Lead, you will guide the Quality Control function, interpreting reports and ensuring effective processes. Your role will involve supervising inspectors and developing Quality Management Plans during construction phases. You will also represent FLINT in audits and manage non-conformance processes to guarantee quality adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality audits of fabrication and field site activities
• Supervise Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with standards
• Develop Quality Management Plans for construction phases




• Ensure subcontractors meet quality documentation requirements
• Oversee calibration of testing equipment and manage deviations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience
• Diploma from Technical Institutions
• Knowledge of ASME and CSA codes
• CSA W178.2 Level II or higher certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
