As part of ParaMed's dedicated nursing team, this role supports patients needing advanced wound, ostomy, and continence management. You will educate nursing staff, patients, and families, fostering care through evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct wound, ostomy, and continence care
• Educate nursing teams, patients, and families
• Provide consultations and recommendations for nursing care




• Participate in clinical leadership opportunities
• Act as a preceptor for ParaMed nurses as needed
Requirements:
• Valid NSWOC certification required
• Minimum 2 years’ RN experience, preferably in community care
• Familiarity with wound care best practices
• Current registration with NSWOC Canada preferred
• International Interprofessional Wound Care Course is a plus
