Application Production Support Analyst (L1/L2), banking compliance applications, Montreal

Join an international follow-the-sun support team on compliance applications of a banking group, including Actimise. One-year renewable assignment, Montreal, 3 days on site.

An international banking group is strengthening the team that supports its regulatory controls applications in production. The team works follow-the-sun with other time zones.

What you will do

- Monitor production and remediate incidents, around four to five requests a day
- Manage the incident lifecycle and escalation to level 3
- Handle handovers with teams in other time zones
- Analyse root causes and coordinate production changes
- Work with compliance teams on the Actimise solution

What we are looking for

- Experience in L1/L2 application production support in a demanding workplace
- Experience with Actimise or compliance applications is a plus
- Fluent English, CV in English, French is an asset
- Downtown Montreal, 3 days a week on site, 10am to 6pm
- One-year assignment with a strong chance of renewal
- Freelance or permanent Abbeal employee
