Beyond Audit, the Manager will design and advance a national Facilitator Excellence program that establishes common standards, scalable practices and measurable outcomes across service lines. The role will also support priority Assurance and firmwide learning initiatives, including national program launches and large‑scale learning events, and must be available during peak delivery periods to review technical content, prepare facilitators and deliver courses as needed.
