Job Title: Salesforce Application Operations Analyst

What you will be doing:

- Working with the institutionand stakeholders to understand requirements and advise on the features and capabilities of the Salesforce platform

- Leads / supports Joint Application Design sessions, designs solutions, creates prototypes and wireframes, delivers Sprint Review demos

- Develops User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

- Supports Product Owner, development team members, and stakeholders

- Applies service design principles and incorporates stakeholder feedback

What you must have:

- Experience working in either public sector (e.g., Ministry, Crown Corporation) or health care (e.g., Health Authority) in a Canadian jurisdiction

- Experience filling critical roles on large,



complex projects

- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams

- Exposure to various Salesforce Clouds and Industry Solutions (e.g., Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions), as well as a variety AppExchange products
