About the Role

As a Client Care Representative with Medigas Manitoba , you’ll be one of the first people our clients connect with, whether they’re walking into our clinic, calling with a question, purchasing equipment, or looking for support with their ongoing respiratory care.

You’ll also play an important role in helping clients understand their equipment and purchasing options. This means listening to their needs, explaining products clearly, making appropriate recommendations , and confidently supporting sales conversations while keeping the client’s needs at the centre of the experience.

This role is primarily based at our Kenaston Medigas clinic in Winnipeg, with occasional coverage at our 150 McPhillips Street Medigas clinic. Travel is very limited ; however, you may be requested to travel to our Brandon Medigas location on rare occasions when additional coverage is required.
