Bombardier in Montréal seeks recent graduates for the Program Office Career Accelerated Program (POCAP), a 24-month, full-time rotational development program designed to fast-track future PMO leaders.

Through four six-month rotations across PMO areas, participants gain hands-on experience, transparent objectives, mentoring, and exposure to PMO leaders while supporting business priorities. Rotation sequences may change as needed.
