Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Guest Safety & Parking Manager to lead daily safety and parking operations across the resort, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services, this role oversees incident response and emergency preparedness, drives continuous improvement, recruits and coaches frontline teams, and builds solid partnerships with police and first responders.
