About the Role: Night Associate

Responsibilities





Night Associates handle the full flow of merchandise from receiving through to the sales floor. The duties below cover unloading, stocking, labelling and maintaining a safe environment, all carried out as part of a team that plans and executes work based on the night's operational needs.

- Prepare the sales floor for store opening, including labelling the floor and setting up displays
- Unload trailers and complete live unloading of various types of merchandise
- Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
- Stock the sales floor as assigned, with a strong emphasis on placing merchandise in backroom bins
- Set, merchandise and sign features in accordance with store standards
- Provide customer service as necessary during the shift
- Maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment by following Company policy and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
