ProTemps Ltd is currently hiring for Driver/Heavy Laborer for in city and surrounding areas to join our client in NW Edmonton
This position is Monday-Friday, 7:30am. 8-10 hour days.
This position could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Loading and unloading used tires, daily by hand
- Driving 5-ton truck
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Canadian Class 5 driving experience
- Clear driver's record
- Must be comfortable with backing up and dealing with tight spaces
- Strong English communication skills, Customer service
- Must be able to load/unload by hand. Must be able to lift 50-70lbs. Assistance with swamping will be provided
- Commercial driving experience an asset, but not required
In this role:
You will begin as a swamper (laborer), working with a driver for approximately 2 weeks,
then moving into a driving & laborer position.
Please note, these positions are typically temporary roles that can be for any duration of time. Could be up to 10+ hours per day.
