What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers and recommending products based on their needs and preferences.
- Learning about cannabis products, accessories, and new product releases.
- Staying current on new strains, product formats, and industry trends.
- Receiving inventory and stocking shelves.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
- Participating in inventory counts and inventory control processes.
- Processing sales and handling cash accurately.
- Verifying identification and ensuring compliance with all BC cannabis regulations.
- Completing store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience while working independently and as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Has at least one year of retail or customer service experience.
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Takes initiative and can work independently.




- Is dependable, organized, and accountable.
- Is comfortable handling cash and processing transactions.
- Can lift boxes, stock shelves, climb ladders, and assist with deliveries.
- Is willing to learn and follow all applicable BC cannabis regulations.
- Is bondable.

Bonus Qualifications

- Previous cannabis retail experience.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Inventory management experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience working independently in a retail environment.

Significant Scheduling Requirements

This position is primarily scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with guaranteed shifts from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Additional shifts may be available based on operational requirements. Applicants must have the flexibility to work day, mid, or evening shifts when needed.

This position is based at our Colwood Corners location. Employees are required to provide coverage at our Wale Road and Admirals Road locations as needed. Applicants must be comfortable working independently, as shifts at the Wale Road and Admirals Road locations are typically solo shifts. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required.
