About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Parts Person to join our team in Courtenay, B.C.

About You

You are reliable, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in accuracy, organization, efficiency, and getting the job done right.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Red Seal Parts Person certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of parts experience (heavy-duty preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in aftermarket parts sales (preferred)
- Experience with Karmak Fusion (an asset)
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift Licence
- Strong computer skills

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, source, and sell heavy-duty truck, equipment, and automotive parts




- Assist with stock orders and inventory control
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Follow strict safety protocols and best practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the parts department
- Support shop technicians and external customers with accurate parts solutions

Compensation & Benefits

- $26 to $37 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications), full-time
