What You'll Be Doing

As Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a key role in both the daily operations and long-term development of Quarry Park Pharmacy.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional patient care: Building lasting relationships with patients through personalized, compassionate, and proactive care.
- Leading pharmacy operations: Ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient prescription processing while maintaining high standards of service.
- Developing your team: Leading, mentoring, and supporting pharmacy staff while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace.




- Collaborating with healthcare professionals: Working closely with family physicians and other healthcare providers to support coordinated patient care.
- Expanding clinical services: Helping develop and implement innovative pharmacy services, including opportunities in medication management, chronic disease care, surgical preparation, and post-operative recovery.
- Improving workflows: Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, patient experiences, and overall pharmacy performance.
- Driving growth: Contributing ideas and initiatives that strengthen patient relationships, expand services, and support the long-term success of the pharmacy.
- Maintaining professional standards: Ensuring compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy requirements and all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy, or eligible for registration.
- Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to patient-centred care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset, but not required.
- Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) is an asset.
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset.
