RWT Capital Corp. seeks a Deal Origination & Partnerships Specialist to own the full partnership development cycle, from sourcing leads to building client relationships. This role isn’t about punching a clock; it’s about building a network, a reputation, and a career from day one.

The position requires 1–3 years in BD/partnerships or related roles, with a finance or investment banking background preferred. Work from home with limited supervision is supported, with offices in Kelowna or Calgary.
