IPH Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month contract to support its recruitment team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with various departments to understand workforce needs and develop strategies. This autonomous role requires sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Review and update job descriptions and specifications
• Post opportunities through ATS, job boards, and platforms
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience
• Bilingual communication skills in French and English
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, a plus
• Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced role
