To support its continued growth, our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to work closely with a Producer in servicing a portfolio of commercial clients, including renewals, policy changes, and billing matters.

Our client is a rapidly growing independent brokerage specializing in both Personal and Commercial Insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

WHAT WE OFFER

Permanent full-time position

Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 , based on experience

Annual performance bonus based on company results (approximately $1,000+)

Commercial insurance service role partnered with an experienced Producer

Strong work-life balance

Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

100% remote or hybrid work model depending on proximity to an office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the Producer to service and manage commercial accounts

Analyze client needs and recommend the most suitable insurance solutions

Process and follow up on policy changes, renewals, and client requests

Negotiate with insurers to obtain the best available terms and conditions

Monitor renewal schedules and ensure timely account management

Assist clients with claims-related matters and provide ongoing support

Prepare insurance documentation, proposals, and client presentations

Oversee policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and account billing

Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent client service

Provide high-level account management and advisory services

Client service-focused role with no sales responsibilities

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Valid AMF Commercial Lines Insurance License

Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Insurance experience

Experience with Manufacturing and Technology accounts is considered a strong asset

Strong negotiation and risk analysis skills

Excellent customer service abilities

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment

Proficient in navigating multiple software platforms and dual-screen setups

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-focused
