What You'll Do
* Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events
* Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory care
* Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff
* Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships
* Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming
* Manage engagement documentation, calendars, reporting, and technology platforms
* Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors




* Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
* Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement
* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standardsWhat You'll Bring:* 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
* Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills
* Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred
* Sound judgment in a quick-paced environment
* Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences
