Covenant House Toronto is hiring a CFL Youth Worker to support youth in a pre-employment training program, guided by trauma-informed, strengths-based practices. You will develop employment readiness, life skills, and culinary workplace competencies while fostering confidence and growth.
Working from a youth-centered approach, you will collaborate with the CFL team to ensure successful cohorts, coordinate wraparound resources, and contribute to program outcomes in a 24/7 residential context.
