As a Line Cook, you will prepare, cook, and plat diverse dishes while keeping kitchen areas clean and safe. Key skills include previous cooking experience and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. This role also emphasizes teamwork and communication within a dynamic culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut and prepare vegetables, meats, and fish
• Cook diverse food items following set recipes
• Ensure a clean and organized kitchen space
• Assist Sous Chef with inventory and stock maintenance
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team
Requirements:
• Must have prior cooking experience
• Completion of a culinary program is an asset
• Energetic and self-motivated approach
• Able to work in high-altitude conditions
