Southern Health-Santé Sud in Manitoba is seeking a Clinical Change Coordinator to lead or assist with implementing health services improvement projects across the Boundary Trails region. You will engage stakeholders to align patient-centered care with Manitoba's Clinical and Preventive Services Plan.

The role requires initiative, solid planning, and the ability to manage competing priorities, including travel to regional facilities and occasional evenings/weekends.
