Resolve Sleep Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a temporary full time contract in Victoriaville, QC. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive, supportive experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
You will coordinate appointments, manage referrals, educate patients on sleep therapy and equipment, and support billing and product resupply. Fluency in French is required, and prior healthcare or administrative experience is beneficial.
