Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand sales through marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada etc.
- Maintain accurate content (product listings, price) and update inventory in all platforms
- Actively participate in online sales campaigns and improve sales conversions
- Respond to online customer enquiries on timely basis
- Identify key insights for online sales growth
- Cooperate with team members in marketing, retail, admin and warehouse departments for smooth fulfilment process

Job Requirements:

- Min Diploma in business or marketing
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in managing Shopee, Lazada or Amazon marketplace platforms
- Able to work independently with initiative to explore new approaches for growing e-commerce business
- Meticulous with robust attention to detail
- Knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics etc is an added advantage
