Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the Dulux branch daily
• Achieve sales and profit targets through effective management
• Maintain high standards of customer service across the team
• Drive associate engagement with effective leadership
• Ensure store cleanliness and appealing merchandising displays
Requirements:
• One year minimum retail experience required
• Previous retail management or sales experience preferred
• Must be available for flexible shifts, 45 hours per week
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally
