Generations Toronto, a not-for-profit long-term care campus in Don Mills, Toronto, Ontario, is recruiting a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with required medical care and professional nursing practice. You will work with the health care team to ensure resident needs are met.
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse, you will implement policies, liaise with physicians, and provide direction to Personal Support Workers.
