Wesway is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions for a 35-hour/week, full-time role in Northwestern Ontario. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, labour relations, compensation and perks, training, OH&S;, HRIS, and policy development in a unionized environment.
The ideal candidate holds a University degree in HR, CHRL designation, 5–8 years of progressive HR management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
