Union Gospel Mission in Victoria seeks a confident, compassionate Supervisor for Arrow Home to lead a residential recovery program for women and families. You will oversee daily operations, guide the Recovery Care Team, and ensure trauma-informed practices while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.

The role is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a starting pay range of $30.40 to $33.22 per hour. Perks, RRSP matching, and training opportunities are offered.
