Salary:
Approximately $110,000 CAD / year Job SummaryBuild, commission, install, operate, and maintain standard solutions on customers' sites (including Packaged Gases, Bulk or On site, and Hydrogen/Biogas stations). The District Manager plays a pivotal role in leading team performance, providing technical guidance for project set-ups, and driving continuous improvement across workflows and operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Track performance of team members,



reviewing and providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute actively to the harmonization and validation of tools, workflows, and procedures.
* Contribute by agreeing upon and providing key parameters, benchmarks, and efficiency figures for proposal and project estimating.
* Supervise proper distribution of documents to relevant individuals and organizations, both internally and externally.
