BGC Okanagan seeks a dedicated Program Leader for their enriching programs supporting school-aged children. You’ll develop and implement exciting activities while ensuring health and safety standards are met. This role involves mentoring other leaders and fostering relationships with families, creating a supportive community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate diverse recreational programs
• Ensure direct supervision of members' health and safety
• Mentor Activity Leaders and facilitate team interactions
• Communicate openly with children,



youth, and families
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for participants
Requirements:
• Education or background in childcare program planning
• One year of recent related work experience
• Must obtain First Aid and Food Safe certifications
• Aged at least 19 to comply with licensing
• Completion of Criminal Record Check required
