Downie Timber Ltd. & Selkirk Cedar is seeking a Head Filer to lead the saw filing department in Revelstoke, BC. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on secure practices, quality standards, and efficient maintenance operations.

You will oversee staff development, scheduling, equipment reliability, and inventory management while collaborating with mill operations to optimize sawing performance and lumber quality.
