Thompson Construction Group is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager specializing in civil earthworks. The successful candidate will report to both the Estimating Manager and the Director of Strategic Assets. Responsibilities include developing estimates, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all deliverables align with client and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop conceptual and detailed project estimates
• Review tender documents for scope and requirements




• Prepare and coordinate final estimate packages
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Support change order development and pricing
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in estimating/project management
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Robust knowledge of civil earthworks
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, or Primavera
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel
