Altus Group is seeking a Delivery/Valuation qualified to coordinate the delivery process within the Delivery pod, including Analysts and GSC, ensuring timely administrative tasks and strong client engagement. You will review market data and USPAP-based valuation assumptions, and oversee appraisal reviews across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities include coordinating with GSC, analysts, and third-party appraisers, while maintaining high-quality communication and adherence to regulatory
