As PLM Solution Architect/Lead Solution Architect, you will blend technical scheduling expertise with strong people management skills to mentor staff, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure organizational milestones are achieved on time and within budget. You will lead the design and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that support complex engineering, manufacturing, and product development processes.

Your Role

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables and resource requirements in alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Oversee daily operations, assign tasks and act as the main link between the team and upper management
- Architect and design end-to-end PLM solutions that align with business objectives, engineering processes, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and project leaders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Define PLM data models, lifecycle management strategies, integrations, and governance frameworks to optimize product data management.




- Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of PLM platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, guiding development teams, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for solution design, development, testing, and deployment to ensure robust and reliable system performance.
- Mentor and support PLM specialists and developers while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Your skills and experience

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect/Lead Solution Architect, PLM Architect, or senior PLM consultant delivering enterprise-scale implementations within complex business environments.
- 3-5 years of experience managing, leading and mentoring team members
- 10-15 plus years of strong expertise in PLM platforms like ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years of robust expertise in CATIA V5/ENOVIA V5
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management processes, engineering change management, configuration management, and product data governance.
- Experience integrating PLM solutions with CAD, CAE, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications to support end-to-digital thread initiatives.




- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe and Agile-at-Scale frameworks, with experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical discussions.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks & modelling techniques such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN 2.0 with the ability to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.
- Fluency in French

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $70,751 - $165,984/year
