CarePartners seeks a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to provide wound and ostomy consultation in clinic and community settings. You will promote self-management and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

This full time role located in Woodstock and surrounding areas offers flexible scheduling, orientation, ongoing clinical support, and access to digital tools to support assessments and care delivery.
