University of Guelph is seeking a Third Class Operating Engineer to manage the Central Utilities Plant. The role covers secure operation, monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to support campus utilities, including steam, heating, cooling, water, and electrical/ mechanical systems.

The position operates 24/7 with rotating 12‑hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Requires 2–3 years of relevant experience and a valid Third Class Power Eng certificate, working with boilers,
