Key Responsibilities:
• Promote safety and conduct training sessions
• Oversee inventory management and reclaiming operations
• Ensure operational compliance and deal with incidents
• Liaise with port control and manage daily progress
• Evaluate crew competencies and provide mentorship
Requirements:
• High school diploma needed
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Experience with heavy machinery operation
• Remote work experience is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial
