Our People & Culture team plays an important role in making sure the people behind that growth have the support, clarity, and experience they need to do their best work. We're looking for a People & Culture Specialist to join the team for an 18-month maternity leave contract. This is an prospect to step into an established function,



work closely with leaders and team members across the organization, and take real ownership of the day-to-day People & Culture experience at BTA.
