Own a full month-end and year-end close workload including journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations across a multi-entity structurePrepare and analyze financial statements and management reports, investigating and documenting variances with a focus on operational insights beyond standard actuals-to-budget comparisonsCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and external auditors while supporting AP invoice processing, AP/AR reconciliations, and ad hoc finance projects as assignedAbout You
3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment, with strong hands‑on ownership of month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skills are essential, and prior ERP experience is required;

exposure to project‑based accounting environments is a meaningful assetYou work independently, document thoroughly, and are comfortable operating within a structured controls environment where all work is subject to review and approval prior to postingPay Range

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

Licensure and certification requirements;

Office location and other geographic considerations;
